Our team provides individual therapy from a culturally sensitive and trauma informed perspective. Therapy services are offered virtually to clients located in Alberta and in person in our office located in Leduc, AB.

No health coverage, no problem! We offer competitive rates. As well you can claim therapy costs on your taxes as a medical expense for any amount over 3% of your income or $3,257 (whichever is less).

Certain therapists on our team offer direct billing for individuals of Indigenous heritage that are covered by the Non-Insured Health Benefits plan. Making therapy services more accessible to individuals. Please see our team members page to determine which providers can direct bill to NIHB. If you have health benefits we provide receipts for services completed that you can submit for reimbursement if you qualify. Please check with your individual therapy plan to confirm if our therapists designations (RPN, RSW/MSW) are covered by your plan.
