Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Mental Health Therapist, Designated Capacity Assessor

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. Becoming a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Mental Health Therapist, and Designated Capacity Assessor felt like a natural path. I value genuine connection, active listening, and a holistic approach—supporting the whole person, not just their symptoms.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and boundary setting. I also support those experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, mood and personality disorders, psychosis, and more.

I’m passionate about empowering people to build meaningful, fulfilling lives. Therapy offers a space to reflect on what truly matters and to take steps aligned with your values. Whether you’re looking to strengthen relationships, improve communication, or better manage overwhelming emotions, I meet you where you are. Life can feel unpredictable, but therapy can provide a steady anchor—helping you stay grounded while you ride the waves without getting swept away.

Originally from rural Manitoba I grew up on a cattle farm in a rural setting. I’ve lived across Western Canada and now call Edmonton home. I come from a multicultural background of European and Indigenous heritage including Métis and Ojibwa. I value community, nature, and balance, and enjoy activities like hiking, snowboarding, yoga, and paddle boarding. I believe in creating space to slow down, reconnect, and prioritize self-care—because when you care for yourself, you show up more fully in your life and relationships.

Together, we can explore patterns that no longer serve you, build practical strategies, and help you feel more confident and in control of your day-to-day decisions. I strive to create a supportive, curious, and non-judgmental space where all questions are welcome and every part of your experience can be explored.
