About Me

Are you hoping to adjust your relationship with substance use, addiction, anxiety, or depression? Are you experiencing grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition? I support adults and young adults who are moving through these experiences. My approach honours your past, lived experiences, and inherent dignity. Together, we will explore your relationship with yourself, others, your community, and our changing world. Through a social work lens, I appreciate how external systems and social forces shape our mental health. My goal is to create a safe, trusting partnership rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection.

For over a decade, I have worked with individuals navigating concurrent addiction and mental health concerns, starting more directly in frontline roles. I understand how these challenges often overlap and can feel overwhelming or misunderstood. I am here to work through them with you.

I appreciate that reaching out and sharing personal experiences can feel daunting. I strive to make that part easier.
