Robyn has a passion to work with adults and young adults of any gender or sexual orientation (LGBTQ2+ inclusive) that are going through life transitions. Life is full of changes such as new relationships, employment opportunities, relocation, furthering education and becoming a parent. Navigating these changes alone can be challenging when struggling to build self confidence, maintaining relationships and managing stress. During individual sessions, Robyn frequently incorporates grounding techniques, self reflection and developing with you a plan of self care to use outsides of sessions. By combining traditional talk therapy with mindfulness-based approaches, together we can explore the connection between emotion, beliefs, language, body sensation, and behaviour.
