Pressure to Presence
A Workshop For Mothers, Led by Mothers
Shifting from Survival Mode to Presence
This workshop isn't about doing more or trying harder. It's about learning how to show up as the person you want to be—more of the time—for yourself, your family, and the people you care about. Together, we'll explore ways to step out of survival mode and move from pressure to presence, creating space for a life that feels more meaningful and connected to what truly matters.
