About Me
Dana has a wealth of experience working with children, youth, and their families. She is also exclusively available through virtual services. She is happy to see youth aged 14+ for virtual therapy. Children and youth 13yrs old and younger, she is happy to provide a single consultation for assessment and strategy recommendations via virtual services but otherwise recommends connecting with a therapist available in person. Please note that all services for children and youth require consent from all guardians by the time of the first appointment.
Dana White is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse of over a dozen years experience. She is relentlessly passionate about mental health. She believes we all can be seen, understood, and empowered to achieve relief and freedom in our emotions, thoughts, and day to day life- no matter how complex our circumstances. She combines a rhythm of curiosity, empathy, honesty, and empowerment in her therapeutic approach. Dana’s presence is warm and calming.
Outside the office you will find Dana, well outside. Camping, hiking, golfing, out at the family farm, or playing with her young family in the back yard. She enjoys photography, yoga, and quiet summer nights around a campfire.
