As a Mental Health Therapist and Registered Psychiatric Nurse, I see therapy as a partnership with my clients to empower them to identify obstacles to their wellness and to support them in making positive changes to live a fulfilling and passionate life. I take a holistic approach to treating the individual as a whole. Coming from a place of warmth and patience, I aim to empower my clients to take an active role in their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual health.

I have a passion to work with adults and young adults of any gender or sexual orientation (LGBTQ2+ inclusive) that are going through life transitions. Life is full of changes such as new relationships, employment opportunities, relocation, furthering education and becoming a parent. Navigating these changes alone can be challenging when struggling to build self confidence, maintaining relationships and managing stress. During individual sessions, I frequently incorporate grounding techniques, self reflection and work with you to develop a plan of self care. By combining traditional talk therapy with mindfulness-based approaches, together we can explore the connection between emotion, beliefs, language, body sensation, and behaviour. I have a holistic perspective of wellness and am open to supporting individuals of varied religious and spiritual backgrounds.
